COORDINATOR - PART TIME

MERIIT EDUCATION offers you an opportunity to interact with schools in the process of Introducing JEE , NEET and IIT foundation program materials.

Job Description:

  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.
  • Identify key contacts in the school/college (subject teachers, supervisors, principals, directors) who will be responsible for making decisions on the book list for the next year
  • Meet the identified contacts for a promotional pitch, along with sample of the book, as per requirement.
  • Follow up closely with the contacts and extend business relationship to drive demand.
  • Coordinating between the Schools and central office to ensure smooth progress of  theIIT foundation program, assessment test and other activities.
  • Following-up on IIT foundation program in schools and get feedback from students and teachers.
  • Follow up with the sales coordinator to ensure fulfilment of orders as per requirement and on time.
  • Maintain a database of customers detailing, number of visits, response, probability of acceptance, contact details, etc.
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Meeting Sales Goals.

Desired Profiles:

  • Good Communication & Convincing ability.
  • Teachers (Full time or Part time) with an orientation towards IIT foundation are preferred.
  • Ready to work on a freelance basis. Most of the remuneration is paid in the form of commissions so the potential to earn is unlimited.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Experience: 1-3Years 

Salary: No Constraint for the deserving candidate 

Location: Andhra Pradesh , Telangana and Tamilnadu region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
  • Visit schools, conduct test and invite for different activities.
  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.
  • Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans.
  • Overseeing the complete marketing of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
  • Taking care of overall marketing and sales activities of Andhra Pradesh , Telangana and Tamilnadu region.It involves seminars etc.
  • Conducting / Arranging / Managing Seminars at various location to increase visibility and awareness about programs run by MERIIT EDUCATION.

KEY SKILLS

  • Good Communication & Convincing ability.
  • Highly People Interactive Personality.
  • Confidence in operating within a client-facing environment.
  • A constructive approach to managing internal relationships and problem solving.
